Products are fine but they never arrive when they are supposed to I've had multiple orders over the last two months and only 1 has arrived when they said it would. If only CS was better I purchase soccer uniforms for 5 different teams and if it wasn't for the CS chat I would have gave them a 4 star. The uniform are great but runs little big so be careful. When everything is in stock and they don't need to pull from different warehouses and you don't need to speak with CS they would have got a 5 star. No returns or refunds on DEFECTIVE merch I ordered several pairs of shorts for my family, and 40 percent of them were defective. I got such a runaround from their online "customer service" (online is their only means of contact) when I contacted them about returning the defective items. No customer service! This business only has email customer service and only responds overnight. I ordered 5 shirts and they sent the wrong size. Via email I was instructed to take pictures of a measuring tool on each item. Then I was instructed to send them back to the manufacturer at my expense. To receive less than half of what they cost! Do not order from epic sports! I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM EPIC SPORTS! I ordered football pants about 3 weeks ago. They were supposed to be here a week ago. Long Sleeve Tee With Rib Collar & Cuffs (Order # 5580120) I received (not new) garbage. They were not even folded in the bag, they were packed balled up as though they had been wrinkled like that for quite some time. You are asking me to launder them and they would still have to be pressed. I expect to launder them and press them if they came from the Goodwill. You indicated that I expected to much for sale items. They went in the trash. Won't buy again.
Slow shipping and horrible customer service We're now 2 days before the estimated delivery date (from across the country) and my items are still in their warehouse. Their customer service agent was very unprofessional and offered no info or even an apology.
