Socks I ordered lime green and black socks, and most of them were, lime green and black, however there was 5 pair that were neon yellow and black (same design) but can definitely tell the difference when the people are out there on the field.
Don't order numbers or names If you're going to order blanks from them, do it all day. If you're going to order jerseys with any numbering or lettering, DONT DO IT. I ordered 11 jerseys with numbers and lettering. Right out of the bag lettering is falling off. Not worn or washed. I contact epic and their answer is, it happened. Nothing else. They have instructions on how to attach the lettering on the jersey. If I had to do it myself I wouldn't have paid them to do it. Complete trash of customer service.
If I could've given a minus stars I could've Worst experience ordering online ever. Biggest cluster f$&k operation since sports authority. Ordered a 5-6 basic order. Took nearly 5 weeks to get, once I did get wasn't even right. Their customer service if you want to call it that is via chat online. Pretty sure it's automated. Awful Custom Printing Order 27 shirts to have numbers placed on front and back. When I received the items 10 of the shirts had wadded material under the numbering and a couple of the numbers were not stuck to the jersey. Complained to them and they said I needed to Heat press them, but I don't own a heat press and why should I have to fix something that I ordered and paid for. Reached out to them again and have not heard any response to it.
SCAM of a site Purchased 2 large items, a Chalk Line Marker and a large steel base cart. The shipping went up to $77.87 when the two items were ordered. Both are very heavy. Epic sports did not have the Base Cart in stock and refunded the cart charge but still kept $77.87 for shipping. About a $40.00 profit just for saying they do not have an item ordered. Genius way to screw people out of money actually! I would never recommend them!
BUY ELSEWHERE Sent me the wrong size hat(6 3/8 TO 6 5/8) Then tried to tell me the size they sent to me "is no such size" Went back on their website and sent them a screenshot to prove to them that they do have that size. Very poor customer service. SHOP AND BUY ELSEWHERE IF YOU CAN
Poor customer service and slow delivery! I ordered my sons baseball team uniforms and received their jerseys quickly and in a timely manner however we have not received our pants, socks, or hats and we are now 2 games into our season (been roughly 5 weeks now waiting). Terrible Epic Sports I ordered merchandise from Epic Sports based on their sales Dept. What I received was the wrong size. They stoned walk me as I looked for customer service. Epic Sports wanted me to pay more shipping charges, while they gave me Bad advice. Never trust them or buy from Epic Sports. Find another Company. John..
If I could give it a zero I would. As many of us I do a lot of shopping online. This has been the only and first ever worst experience of my life. I ordered some football Girdles and other things. The order never made it to me even though it was placed early February. It is 3/24/2022 and the package was sent back to the sender as it was not delivered to me.
