Horrible experience Received less than half the shirts I ordered. 3 out of 8 shirts. I contacted them and still haven't heard back. No real solutions. Haven't t been able to get in contact with anyone beside an email stated someone will contact me and it has been 3 days. No live representatives besides the chat in the page and that is no help either. No one answers me! Horrible experience do not recommend!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY If I didn't have to put a star on the rate, I wouldn't have at all! I ordered 21 Jerseys for a Football team. The description stated that these were Dri-Fit Shirts and Navy Blue. I had names and numbers put on the backs of each jersey. Spent a total of $250.00 on these. The shipping took forever. When I finally received the jerseys I opened the package, just to find that they were not at all what I order! I received Cotton T-shirts that were closer to a grey color. Liars, do not purchase from them Sent wrong item. I ordered a teen medium, which was the only option you could purchase. They sent a youth. The packaging which I provided them a picture of shows "youth" as the size, and it also shows all the sizes available, youth, teen medium, and teen large. I also sent them a screenshot from their own website showing, they only offered teen medium. It took them over a week to "investigate" and they decided they sent the correct item. My loss and wasted money.
EPIC SPORTS IS A FRUDULENT SCAM DROP SHIIPER! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED Order #: xxxxxx purchased 51 pairs of the Champro Youth Scorpion Football Shoulder Pads. Upon taking inventory we removed the tags and the plastic and noticed that the padding was too thin and the overall Shoulder pad was going to be a safety risk if we used them. Customer Service I order a lot of equipment throughout the year for various sports. This was my first and last time I order anything through them. My order was lost. Granted, it wasn't their fault, but the customer service afterwards is what was. I contacted customer service, through online chat as phone is not an option for them. ZERO Customer Service NOT WORTH the discounted savings. I purchased a chest protector and the description was not what I received. Trying to reach someone is impossible! You can talk to someone in sales, but they will not help you unless you buy something otherwise they will transfer you back into the que. Should have listened to all the bad reviews. Bought 11 items off of the website. Order arrived pretty quickly, but that's about the only thing good I can say. 3 of the 11 items were sent out of the package and also with stains on them. You can only get "customer service" through their website, which about amounts to them asking the same questions you provided (including photos) that you needed to in order to even send them a message in the first place. Epic Sport are not legitimate Epic Sport has bad customer service. Never order from a vendor that does allow you to speak to a live person. They advertise 24 hour chat but it's not 24 hours and not at all helpful. There also fraudulent, I was told via email that a credit was issued to my credit card, which was a lie. When I tried to follow up I was told via email the account was closed and they can't help me. I have had to retain an attorney because one thing I can't tolerate is a thief.
