“Using your size guidelines I order 12 pairs of sox” Using your size guidelines I order 12 pairs of sox. These sox turned out to be much too small. I contacted Customer Service in an attempt to exchange the sox and ran into 9 yards of process along with the requirement to place a second order of equal or greater value. It was as if Customer Service feels they are doing me some sort of favor by considering to deal with my issue. It is very unlikely that I will make any future purchases from your Company.
“I ordered 2 warm up jackets” I ordered 2 warm up jackets. The size chart that i ordeted from was wrong and had to return them dor larger ones. But I had to pay the shopping cost. Will not buy again from Epic.

Only remedy was to create new order, and I would have to pay shipping and return other shirts and I would have to pay shipping. Unacceptable, Customer assistance non-existant.
