“Order at your own risk!” Absolutely Rediculous!!! Now that this issue has finally been handled I will be posting the absurdity of this experience in detail. The fact that I ordered 3 shirts I thought looked cool. Not only were they unable to deliver to my home, they only returned $5.96 of the $33 order. They charged me 2x @ $11 shipping and misc charges for restocking fee. I would not recommend Epic Sports. “Horrible customer "service" and I have to pay for THEIR mistakes” I placed an order for jerseys we needed for in upcoming trip. I ordered them with 3 day expedited shipping because we needed them for a trip we were taking 10 days later. While on the website I thought I might as well check out what else they had since I was paying over $17 for shipping anyways. I found a little jacket for $4 for my son and added it to the order. “Horrible customer service, terrible product” I paid the shipping for items that were defective. When I contacted the customer service, I was told I must pay for the return shipping and I will be charged a restocking fee. Now I'm stuck with a product that I cannot use and sending it back is more of a cost than benefit. The customer service agent was also very rude.
“LOUSY RETURN POLICY” I received a one armed sports bra for my upcoming rotater cuff surgery. Opening the box I could tell the bra was for a little girl even though I ordered the correct size. Their return policy is no returns on bras because of health reasons. Really? A shirt that touches the same part of the body is not a concern? I didn't even try it on. What a waste of my money. “Customer service is AWFUL!” "Made a purchase for our school. The item was a closeout, so was not returnable. However, the item was far different than pictured. When I called to talk, the service rep was short with me. I asked to speak to someone in charge, and before he put me on hold, he said he'd transfer me but it wouldn't make any difference. Then I was left on hold for about 20 minutes. I finally hung up, and am now writing this review."
“Just listen to these reviews” Trust your gut like I should have. They will screw you over, somehow, someway. Their products are cheap, very likely knock offs made in a sweat shop somewhere unfortunately. Whether they screwed something up and ate completely in the wrong or not, they will not refund your money and you will pay for everything. Customer service people will lie to you. “Beware....Epic charges customer for divering misrepresented product” Add me to the long list of customers who get cheated by Epic.....I bought a microfiber windshirt that cost $27 for product and shipping. The color of the jacket was significantly different from what was represented on the web site. I paid $11 shipping to return it......and Epic refunded $14.
