“Team Order for Football Socks” I ordered 20 pairs of socks, 4 of them a smaller size for boys with slightly smaller feet for my sons football team. I received my order 4 weeks after it was processed, 2 months in advance, luckily, than when we needed the socks. When I opened the bag I received 16 pairs of socks (correct style and size) and 4 pairs totally different style and wrong size! “Just terrible.” My school district ordered volley ball knee pads for our middle school volley ball team. 7 out 10 pairs were torn or ripped by the end of the second practice. Our school secretary sent pictures and an email to this company. They are refusing to send us all of the replacement knee pads (only one pair) and are denying any damage in the pictures to begin with. Terrible customer service to our school secretary via email as well. Just awful.
“Not what you'd expect” I order a simple polo from here. How can you mess up a polo?! It was disproportional. The top was too tight, sleeve holes too big, torso part too loose. Mind you, I'm a normal-sized person who can usually make anything fit me right from a range of sizes extra small to medium. So the fact that a simple polo didn't fit right, I was so disappointed. “Just say No” I ordered shorts from Epic Sports for my daughter's and son's PE class at school. The school said we had to go through Epic Sports so I overpaid for black shorts, then paid for shipping. When the package arrived, nothing was marked or even had a tag on it. I literally could not tell which shorts were boy shorts and which were girl shorts because they had to wear long basketball shorts (that's the school rule, no fault of Epic Sports).
