“Received wrong size shirts” Received wrong size shirts. Sent email to customer service for assistance, no response. Called customer assistance. Only remedy was to create new order, and I would have to pay shipping and return other shirts and I would have to pay shipping. Unacceptable, Customer assistance non-existant.
“Called customer services and the services was horrible” Called customer services and the services was horrible. I spend a lot of money to your company and the gentleman was not helpful. I asked if he would be able to mail out a shirt for me because on the ordered placed yesterday I forgot and he didn't care. After this order my money is going elsewhere.
“Horrible Customer Service, too” I ordered three times, finally orders started coming in late! No cancelling, cheap quality. Every operator not helpful, got mad at me!
“NEVER ORDER FROM EPIC SPORTS!” Horrible customer service and company to do business with. Did not receive credit for everything I returned. Also was quoted a 10% restocking fee on the phone when I called for a RMA number (I have never been charged restocking fees with any other online vendor) but was charged 20% for some items. Company would NOT honor 10% restocking fee quoted. ADVICE: Find another website to order from. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM EPIC SPORTS.
“I should have read the customer reviews before I ordered!!” Horrible Customer Service. I ordered two shirts and some how the site recorded the wrong size, XL instead L. I sent an email to customer service requesting a remedy, NO response. 3 days later I called and was advised they probably haven't got to the email or maybe it is in junk. Anyway their remedy was to create a new order with the correct size and I would have to pay shipping on the new order and pay to ship the wrong shirts back. “The worst customer service I have ever dealt with.” The customer service sucks, they are rude, have very nasty attitudes. They shipped my order to another city, did not follow my instructions after I spoke with them requesting a full refund, they still shipped out a replacement, that I don't want. They take forever to ship your order & still can't get that right.. and then have the nerve to be nasty when you call them regarding their screw- up. I will "NEVER DO BUSINESS" with them ever again.

“Order at your own risk!” Absolutely Rediculous!!! Now that this issue has finally been handled I will be posting the absurdity of this experience in detail. The fact that I ordered 3 shirts I thought looked cool. Not only were they unable to deliver to my home, they only returned $5.96 of the $33 order. They charged me 2x @ $11 shipping and misc charges for restocking fee. I would not recommend Epic Sports.
