Training session with Chikwue (Chichi) I cannot say enough who I enjoy my training session with Chichi. I was looking to add an option for a deal in my business and couldn't understand who to program it in the system and Chichi made sure to show me and explain step by step!! I understood the instruction of the process after one explanation/demonstration which gave me more time to learn more functions in the system. Can wait for my next session with Chichi!!
Epos Now Customer Service and Technical Support So after a rocky start to my request for after hours technical support that I was told I had access to, the Australan service technician Cheritha Thalluri was VERY helpful in resolving some issues with order printing, ticketing, and tip settings. Epos Now Training session with Dimitar Excellent service training. I had several training sessions with Dimitar and I cannot stop speaking highly on him. We establish a great communication, after every session i feel more confidante operating my Epos now system. And every time I need extra clarification, Dimitar make sure to stop and repeat as many times needed until i am confident with the item I leered about in the session. I really looking forward for my future session and to start operating my Epos Now in my business.
