Immediate Assistance and Resolution Phone answered within 1 minute Phone answered within 1 minute by a human being . Immediately understood what I needed, found the information, and talked me through the procedure to set up terminal for new details. Also took the trouble to assist me to check all working. Got the job done!
Friendly and fast Joshua Joshua Hodkinson assist me in setting up and linking my Eftpos wit Eposnow and it could not have been easier and his service and demeanor could not ha e been friendlier. It took a lot of stress from my shoulders as a new bussines to get this resolved so easy.
