Relatively low cost product, interface and useability however is dated, easy to find most answers quickly online Good as a relatively low cost product with lower fees than other competing companies. The interface and hardware however is dated and needs modernizing in both capabilities and appearance. The customer support staff often don't seem to know answers to questions and need to find out and contact you back which is frustrating.
