Training session with Chikwue (Chichi) I cannot say enough who I enjoy my training session with Chichi. I was looking to add an option for a deal in my business and couldn't understand who to program it in the system and Chichi made sure to show me and explain step by step!! I understood the instruction of the process after one explanation/demonstration which gave me more time to learn more functions in the system. Can wait for my next session with Chichi!!
Epos Now Customer Service and Technical Support So after a rocky start to my request for after hours technical support that I was told I had access to, the Australan service technician Cheritha Thalluri was VERY helpful in resolving some issues with order printing, ticketing, and tip settings.
