A nice online site, and you do receive good prices on items. But my purchase of a bandsaw, when I got it home all the pieces were NOT there ! And it was too far to go back and request the missing parts. So I went to hardware store and bought the missing parts. Overall I would give this business a C+. And the box was in TERRIBLE shape !!
This is a friendly company that does their sales through online auctions. Easy to bid, buy and meet new people all around the area. They have always stood behind their customers 100%! Items usually sell alot less that you can find anywhere you just have to read into it, know times and location pick ups. Good idea to research what you are purchasing to make sure you know what you are purchasing.

The process is easy. But the item i bought (battery leaf blower) that was listed as appears new doesnt work because of a defective battery and charger. I sent an email and if i hear back i would change the rating. Simply testing an open box item would be nice before listing it up for auction.
