Worst company for customer service! I won an auction but had a family emergency. I contacted the company (like they say you can on website) to notify them that I needed to pick up the next week. They took my money and put the item back in inventory. Would not work with me at all and were quite rude about it. Completely inflexible for a long time customer. I will not use this company again. Very hit and miss. Many of the items were photographed in a manner that did not show significant damage. Items that were incomplete were not identified as such. It doesn't have to be perfect, but it does need to be all there. 50% of the items were as advertised/shown. 50% was junk that should have never gone to auction. First off, let me start by saying the auctions are great! The owner/manager of the website is terrible. If you ever run into an issue they will not accept blame but instead put it on the warehouses instructing you to call them. the manager was very rude, didn't know anything concerning the auctions. When I asked for corporates number or someone else to talk to I was hung up on. watch your bids and lots carefully. Thumbs down, rude workers and items not as portrayed on auction website. Received invoice late night. Had to sign up for pickup time (15 min) slots and I wasnt allowed to sign up for more than one slot. I purchased quite a few large items and it took awhile to get everything. They do not help you load anything or they didnt me. Wouldnt even help me carry the stuff. Most items are broken or missing pieces. Some of the vendors will give you a refund if an item turns out to be broken when they described it as 'appears new,' (many vendors won't give you a refund), but it takes 2 weeks to get your money back on top of the hassle of driving to pick the item up and later return it. Many items seem to be cheap knock-offs. In most circumstances, I would have been better off just buying the item new from the store or Amazon.

Bid on half a ******* of returned and unclaimed unmanifested amazon product. So to put this into perspective, a 5 foot box 1/2 full. Imagine my surprise when I removed the top layers of old cell phone cases and such and found an EMPTY 25"X25"X25 cardboard box taking up all the space!!!Equp-bid will do NOTHING! Because the auction was listed "as is". I understand "as is"...could be broken, missing parts - ect. Scamming people by adding a large empty box is NOT Amazon product!!

I picked up my paid items and left one behind. I contacted them and they said they donated it and would not issue a refund. Won't do business with them again.
