About half the transactions are good but when the bad ones come around the items that you receive are usually worthless. I recently made a golf bag purchase on ********* through ****** ******* Sales. The bag was described as appearing new, but upon picking it up there was nothing that appeared new about it. The bag was stained and faded, but worse than that smelled horribly of smoke. They are horrible. You get one day to pick up your items with only a small window to do so. They didn't give me my invoice until 10:40pm and expect you to pick up the next day. By the time I got to the sign up sheet all morning and after work times were taken. They could care less and are horribly rude to you. They charge you 15.00 per lot late fee if you need an extra day then what they list to pick things up. Plus they start at 10am! Why wouldn't they start pick ups at 8am? Horrible place, don't waste your time."

I had the last appointment window of the day. When I arrived I found others were able to just take the best of the selection, instead of items being numbered and people only able to take their numbered item. There were several chairs for sale, the ones I got were the last 4 and they were not numbered. It was obvious, since the chairs I got were are all wobbly and had gashes, that people in front of me were allow to pick the ones they wanted. with only a 3 hour time selection for pickup, it isn't option or a selection it is a restriction. this information should have been available in advance of bidding but it was not posted prior to bidding closing of the auction .

Purchased a Roomba 690 vacuum. It was listed as open box. Other listings said new, used or missing parts. When I opened the box there was not even an electrical cord just the vacuum. The casing was severely scratched up. The vacuum chamber was literally full of sand, dust and dog hairs. The rollers would not turn because they were jammed with dog hairs and string. Descriptions are minimal & dimensions rarely included; items are rarely tested; descriptions rarely don't tell you if item is working; auction managers rarely answer questions about dimensions or working condition. Sellers are lazy and mostly post stock pictures, so you can't see the actual item and its condition. Expect most items that need to be put together are going to be missing pieces and completely unusable, as sellers don't check to ensure that all the pieces are there before they list items. Got home from work and saw I won 3 items. Paid for them and went to schedule a pickup and discovered the pickup was for earlier that same day. Unable to schedule a pick up, had I known I wouldn't have paid. Won't be dealing with Equip Bid again..

I recently purchased a childs toy and when I picked it up the package had a quarter of the item off with so much tape I could not tell whether it was damaged or not. When I got home it was completly broke, as if it had been crushed and a qtr of it was not there. I contacted the seller and they apologized and refunded the amount to me. The problem I want to stress is to show pictures of the "actual" package on the website instead of pics found on amazon.
