I purchased a [57pc Vintage Sangostone ******** Set and Shell Wall Art.] set of ******************** house said they could mail to me. They packed in a box labeled CLOTHES & MISC, but no FRAGILE listed on package. set was left on front porch in the rain & was saturated. I had to take a plastic tote to unload box contents into it. Sight person had a very bad attitude and was verbally abusive to me. I know that a court order was the cause of things being pulled but they should have stopped the auction instead of selling items and then taking them away because I would have not bid on some of the latter items that I did.

A new affiliate that had 48 hour returns and refunds listed, had an auction.The terms I was quoted "All items must be picked up by 5pm" as part of their refund terms by equipbid support.The other terms posted were "If you cannot pickup don't bid" I didn't plan on a wreck and hospital stay but it happened.Midwest Active Wholesale affiliate business day ended Saturday 1/15 at 5pm.I called and texted before their next business day. The business sent email for final days to pick up merchandise. I went on the last day between the hours noted on the email and the doors were locked. I contacted ********* and they asked that I forward them the email that THEY sent to me about this and they would review. I did and they basically said, too bad, review terms and conditions on the auction. The auction location was closing and they gave extra days to retrieve items AND it was during the Thanksgiving Holiday. I will never bid on any auctions with ********* again.

This particular affiliate, Big Als, advertised a higher priced smart watch than the actually sold. They advertised an S2 TOZO smart watch and thats what people bid on. What the actually sold was a lower priced S1 smart watch that didnt have all the features This was not discovered until AFTER the purchase.

Unlike ***** waiting to add a higher bid during the last few seconds of an auction item, automatically generates an additional 5 minutes to the ending of that auction itemyou can potentially be there all night with a bidding war! Keep this in mind if you think the last minute bidding strategy will work in your favor, because it doesnt work that way at all.

You have to read the description of the item and the code. Only appears new can be returned for your money back. Most items have something wrong with them. Most with parts have parts missing. Many can be ordered to fix the item. Many can't. It is very rare to bid an item still in it's original packing. Most that have been opened are missing parts. To order parts/shipping puts the price at retail new. Just order new at Amazon and it comes to your door. This is not for everyone. Just know this is not saving you any money or ti... read more

I took the following concerns to the auction house, Winchester and Sons at the number listed on ********** site, who I have been communicating with since the day of pickup. They have stopped responding to my attempts to contact them. I purchased a refrigerator through *********. I have had great experiences, but unfortunately that is far and few between. I go in with the mentality of if I would be upset at gambling this money away then don't bid on the item. I have had poor experience with some of the vendors not accurately describing items. If you pick a box up and it rattles broken glass, I wouldn't call that appears new. I have also had a vendor recently reuse the same picture for items, which inaccurately showed the item I received was far more damaged then the one pictured. Yes you can get some... read more
