Professional, kind, courteous are just some of the words I would use to describe Eric and his team! But they were more than that. They made you feel like you were their only client. Getting back to you in a more than timely manner or even texting you back right away. They know their stuff and they will not fail you.
As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions about buying a home and Eric was already ready to answer them. He always provided an updated Pre-approval whenever required. He received my call anytime to day. We were able to close on time with no issues. I would recommend him to my friends and family.
Eric was very knowledgeable about loan types and what will work best for your specific situation. He was always available and provided excellent communication every step of the way. Eric always answered the phone and answered texts right away; we asked a lot of questions throughout the whole process and he always answered very quickly and fully. Eric made us feel very comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Eric and the whole Ross Mortgage team - they were great to work with.
I shopped around and Eric Deffer had the best rates available. Not only that, he never once didn't pick up his phone. It could be late Sunday night and Eric was there to send me over an updated pre-approval. The loan process was seamless and we had a clear to close well before the closing date.

In this market you need someone you can call in a heartbeat and you can 110% depend on Eric. Our first interaction was a phone call with him at 9pm in the evening after deciding to make an offer after a 7pm showing. We ended up getting the offer out by 10pm, and he made us feel so comfortable even in that quick timeframe. Highly highly recommend. Couldn’t have secured our new home without him!

Eric was reccommended to me and was very efficient. When time is a factor in todays market, Eric was available in minutes for unique pre-approvals for each property we were interested in. Much more personal than the big banks, and he made you feel like he worked for you, not the other way around. Will use again when the time comes.
