We had been trying to get a re-finance done with the same lender that held our current loan, and over more than 6 months they just kept moving the goalposts on us. Finally gave Eric and Nicole a call and we had our refi at a lower rate with more cash out in 30 days. Every time I needed to talk with Eric he either picked up the phone or called me right back. We couldn't have been happier with the process.

I was really dreading refinancing - my financials are kind of a mess right now due to COVID, but I wanted to take advantage of the new rates. Eric and his team made this, by far, the easiest refi I've ever done (and this is my third). I completely forgot I was even in the process of doing a refi because they took care of everything. I just uploaded documents a few times and then it was time to close. Can Eric do other things for me? I have some presentations at work that I bet he would crush. Anyway, HIGHLY recommend.

When we began looking for our first home, we shopped for our mortgage even though we assumed our bank would be our best option. Eric and Ross Mortgage proved us wrong from day one. While our bank played phone tag, Eric had our pre-approval and a list of options ready within 24 hours. He was always quick to respond to any questions we had. I cannot believe how easy and smooth the process was of refinancing my mortgage with Eric. Somehow, he is always available to respond to your questions. He sufficiently answered all of my questions. He moved us through all the documentation in a timely manner. There is seriously nothing he could have done better!

This was my first time buying a home and my first time working with Eric and I can't say enough good things! He was always responsive and answered all questions clearly.
