Eric was great from the very beginning! I kept seeing friends purchasing houses with him and was curious about using him, and unexpectedly, we were lucky enough to have that privilege. He was quick to respond to all our questions - even the ones we asked more than once! When our settlement date was moved up by our buyers, he assured us we would meet the new commitment with no issues, and his team delivered.
