I highly recommend Eric to anyone looking for a mortgage loan officer. Eric made an often painful, slow process incredibly easy. He was quick to respond to all our questions - even the ones we asked more than once! When our settlement date was moved up by our buyers, he assured us we would meet the new commitment with no issues, and his team delivered. Plus he's a super nice guy, which helps so much during the normal stress of moving.
I was referred to Eric from realator and from day 1 he went above and beyond to made sure I got my house, any issues he had an answer, always got back to me right away and the whole process he made a lot less stressful that I thought it would have been! I highly recommend using Eric!

We are so happy we chose to work with Eric! Not only did he give us so much valuable input, he was super professional and prompt. There were times that it was almost midnight and we needed questions answered and Eric picked up our call and answered our questions with no problem. Eric made our first time home buying experience a breeze!!! He was always a quick text away and handled any issue or concern that came our way. Even before we were ready to buy he gave great advice on how to improve my fiancé's credit quickly! I remember Eric answering my text messages at 11pm and even 5:30am.
