Eric was fantastic! I couldn’t say enough good things about him. He made the process seem so easy & smooth. Even when we hit a bump he assured me not to panic and we would get over it just fine. I’m extremely happy with my new home & couldn’t have done it without him!
As a first time home buyer I knew NOTHING about the process or if I’d even qualify for a mortgage and Eric made everything extremely simple for me. He is very knowledgeable and eased my mind when all I saw were crazy numbers. He gets the job done fast and well and you can tell that he genuinely cares about his clients well being. I couldn’t be more pleased with the way this process went and it couldn’t of been done without Eric. 100% recommending him to everyone I know!
Eric & his team were great to work with and made sure they did everything they could to make sure we closed on time with a relatively quick settlement period. This was our first home, and Eric made sure to take the time to explain everything we had questions on, and was available around the clock. He and his team knocked it out of the park and we were cleared to close a week before settlement. We also were able to get a much lower rate than when we originally locked in, which was a nice bonus for working with this team!
As a first time home buyer there were so many unknowns and the process was very intimidating. Eric has been awesome from the start. He was so easy to work with, explained the whole process to us, and was there to answer all our questions (and we had many questions). He made the process stress free and was willing explain things in different ways until we understood. His team members were also wonderful; Cheron was so fast on what she does and lovely work with! If you are looking for a lender, we highly recommend Eric and his team. Don’t waste your time looking, he is the guy!
