Eric was speedy and responsive from the start. His email communications were helpful, professional, and timely. He also kept in touch through texts, providing timely reminders, sometimes just checking in to see how I was doing. He was a reassuring presence throughout the process, even though I only met him in person at the closing. I felt like I knew him by then. He was warm and personable and made me feel comfortable.
Eric was awesome to work with. From day one he kept us informed and up to date on everything going on and was so quick to respond to us if we had any questions. He got us a really low rate and was able to walk us through the whole process very quickly. We did a 21 day settlement and he was on top of every detail. We loved that mostly everything was electronic leading up to settlement so it made settlement day so quick and smooth.
