I have known Eric since we were kids and it was an easy decision to allow him the opportunity to help me finance my first home purchase. I saw his reviews prior and it just made sense. Eric has been awesome from the start. He was so easy to work with, explained the whole process to us, and was there to answer all our questions (and we had many questions). He made the process stress free and was willing explain things in different ways until we understood. His team members were also wonderful; Cheron was so fast on what she does and lovely work with! If you are looking for a lender, we highly recommend Eric and his team. Don’t waste your time looking, he is the guy!

We had not purchased a house in 43 years and were completely intimidated until Eric got involved!! What was quickly moving to an experience no one wants was explained and smoothed out by a real dedicated, experienced and thoughtful professional. Eric, when he realized my wife and I are not very computer literate, arranged to have a fellow team member, who lives near us, come to our home for computer assistance. We would recommend Eric, his team and organization, in every step of the mortgage process.....

Eric absolutely blew it out of the water on how well he understands the business he is a complete gentleman. Eric answered everyone of my calls at basically any time of the day. He made sure i understood everything, there was no confusion with my process. Eric had access to great technology and was very prepared with any problem that came up. Eric is a true gentleman and very hardworker i would highly recommend his talents it was a pleasure working with him, he also made it a very fun and easy process thanks again Eric
