On time & totally professional. One day deal & clean up was complete.
The salesperson was very thorough in explaining the product and process. They installation crew did a great job and were very polite and professional. The clean-up crew also did a great job.
Eric home was very understanding and on time doing the job right there was a little miss understanding about the contract but they was willing to make me happy and stayed on top of it until it was completed.

Salesmen presentation was through with the exception of one of the sales person told me my Leaf filter warranty covered the removal and re install which was not true, but negotiated with Tom for a final price being adjusted was agreed on,The install crew did a good job of protecting around the house with tarps and 4x8 sheets leaning against the house so no damage to the siding,there cleanup was very good after job completion, friendly. Great work! The roof and gutters are fabulous. Couldn’t be more happy with all the work they did.
Erie Home just finished replacing our roof and installing gutters, as well as replacing the plywood base in several areas where water damage had occurred. We are more than pleased. Start to finish, each step in the project was completed exactly as promised. The workers took the extra care to cover our deck furniture and plants, and once finished, removed every scrap of debris from the tear-down and installation. Roof was installed in on day by professionals. Clean up was done the same day. Salesmen were pleasant, informative and showed me some options, but leading me in the direction of the middle to elite roof. Financing was provided, but the interest rate of the loan was nit at the time of sale. If I had paid the monthly installments over the length of the loan, I would have ended up paying $55,000 for a $32,000 roof.
Great quality roof! Looks beautiful and I like knowing I can rely on it's durability. The whole process from estimate to completion was fantastic!
