The sales rep was here four hours and did a thorough inspection and presented his products very well. The installation was done in one day. The cleanup was great. Even though the crew didn’t speak English but the foreman, Alfredo, did a great job. We are very pleased with our new roof.

Work was done in a timely fashion. The roof looks great. The team that did the roofing was excellent and cleaned up all the debris. The team did not speak English so communication was a bit slow. But they all worked well together.

The sales representative was professional and informative. He conducted an inspection that was far beyond what any other roofing company provided. That is to include the Insurance Company Representative. The Erie Sales Team was thorough in explaining the different levels of roofing product they have to offer. The salesman was informative and showed us the difference in their products from others. The communication after the contract was signed was timely and professional. The installation was finished in one day( and we have a large roof) they cleaned up the debris thoroughly except for roofing nails I found on my driveway. I would recommend Eerie for your next roof.
