The sales rep Ian and rep in training were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Two weeks later to our surprise on a Saturday, our roof was installed in 8 hours. The crew was on point and it was nice to see that they were willing to sacrifice a Saturday to "Get the job done". All in all very pleased with the process and outcome. I would highly recommend. Eric home show me their a product I like what they show me I like what they said about installing it. I like the warranty However the salesman was very nice explain every Thanks about the product. I understood very well what he was saying and selling. Roofs installation. The cost I need to digest for a little time I did not receive that.

From the first gentleman coming to my door I knew I wanted to work with Erie. He was very professional and patient- explaining things multiple times in ways we were able to understand. Job was completed quickly and cleaned up so you could not even tell anyone was there.
