Good morning. The experience was informative from start to finish. The only problem that I've found, and wasn't informed of, is that the front gutter was bent and not sealed so that water doesn't drip on the porch. I can't climb a ladder to see anything else. Some nails was found on the ground.

They were very professional and the contractors got the roof completed in 1 day! However I had to follow up several times for assistance with my HOA application and a form for my insurance company. They did get it done, but it took several phone calls. Everyone was very friendly.

I meet Luis Evans from Erie Home they showed me shingles and liners told me all about their products I was really impressed very knowledgeable and polite they were Luis was able to get me affordable monthly payment The crew and products showed up at the schedule time at Forman crew removed shingles found bad decking replaced the crew and Forman work very well together finished before dark was able to clean up was very thoroughly impressed me so I highly recommend Erie Home professional people

A better communication between office, sales representatives and managers can definitely be improved. Various financing options, communication and printed documents should be provided. However, once the project began the roofers arrived early and with all their tools. They carefully moved and covered any possible items that could be damaged. Erie Home just finished installing a metal roof on my home. I have been extremely impressed not only with the quality of material but also the professionalism from marketing through the completion of the install. Even the neighbors were impress with the thoroughness of the cleanup. I could not find a piece of debris or a blade of grass out of place.
