Good communication. Easy to work with people. Personable, yet professional. Seems like we paid a LOT of money for a roof that doesnt really stand out in looks from any other (I was expecting something more esthetic in appearance). The subs who did the work were all Spanish speaking and not very easy to communicate with, but the job went fairly well once they showed up. I was charge more than I expected. What a great company from start to finish consultation was excellent left me with no questions Forman was excellent keeping me informed of startvdate and all that went into the project The on-site work crew were neat clean and did a great job cleaning the yard and area when done Erie home also pricided help in getting my solar panels removed and restored professionally I would definitely recommend Erie Home to friends and family
This company is top drawer for sales, service and astonishing speed for the removal and replacement of my large and extremely steeply pitched roof. 10-hours all toll with cleanup after all that debris. Install was perfectly executed. The roofing material itself is super. A very good quality proprietary sheeting anchors the roofing material that is far superior to that stuff that they used to called tar paper. Roof was ****** professionally per contract. However, a rating of 4 stars was selected because specifics and scope for the installation project had not been clearly communicated to/understood by the onsite work crew prior to the start of the work; these concerns were addressed by local Erie team management as the work progressed through Friday and Saturday after repeated questions and prompting initiated by the homeowner. The work was incredible they were professional. Any concerns and they come fix or give me the advice I need for any of my concern. The basement is warmer. It is dry as a bone and the smell is gone completely. Highly recommend. Will use them for future jobs like windows and roof.
