The job when it was done is beautiful and the materials used appeared to be top notch. The installation manager was a joy to work with. Very professional and responsive. Not so with the sales team after the sale. Lots af promises made and not kept. Im old enough I should have expected it. Overall a good roof for too much money
Erie made a promise to remove and replace my roof in a timely manner, with in 10 days, there promised was fulfilled and completed. Not only did they complete my roof timely I have the most beautiful roof in our neighborhood, after a heavy rainy fall there wasn’t any leaks. I expected, they promised and delivered. I’m a happy customer!

I really appreciated the service I received from ****. Very professional and yet very friendly and personable. **** and **** came out and inspected my roof and gave me options for repairs. No pressure and no bull. Was very honest and forthcoming. I feel like I made 2 life long friends in the process. The crew arrived on schedule and went straight to work like a fine tuned machine. Great guys worked on my basement! Each step was explained to me as they went along, starting with the salesman in the beginning. Was told a longer wait time for them to start but they were able to begin work sooner. A great relief to get my basement under control before winter set in! Installed equipment is working great, as expected
