I have recently gone through the process of getting a new roof done with Erie Homes. The first is the Sales portion. Erie homes have three options: fiber, ***** and their specialty metal roof materials. The presentations are nice and detailed.You then are informed of the cost and warranties that each one is given. There was nothing out of the ordinary with this section. The two sales staff who came out were polite and nice. The second section is the installation process. Erie construction did a very efficient job of roofing my house. They were done in one day and cleaned up the area. I have had other work done on my house and no one has picked up all of the scrap and nails as effectively as this crew. They also offer a superior product. I interviewed 3 other contractors and Erie had the best underlayment technology and attention to detail. They also arranged 18 month financing with no interest. No one else had this financing.
