The work-crew showed up when they were scheduled, answered our detailed questions and took into consideration our concerns, i.e., protecting the flowers and plants around our home. They were efficient, skilled, courteous and neat. They did a great job cleaning up. We are now having them update our gutters and roof drainage system.

The roofing team arrived early and started immediately. They were very efficient with the removal of the old roof, and laid the new roof quickly. What had been briefed as a two day job was completed in one day. Overall excellent service!

The finished roof looks good. I was a little mislead on the warranty which is the reason I went with Erie. It's still a good warranty though.
