Great experience from salesman to supervisor to crew ******* and back to supervisor for checkdown after the job was finished. Our job was small; was quickly done; and Erie's sign in the yard was the only evidence they were even there. Other than the great looking roof, of course.

They did everything they said they would. Install was fast the crew was hard working they even used tarps to move old shingles and they cleaned up the yard as promised.

I had new roof installation done by Erie Home on 4/6/24. The crew showed up on time as planned and started work promptly. They stripped the roof, replaced plywood where needed, and installed the new roof in one day. To say the job they did was impeccable would be an understatement. The crew was very kind and took care to clean up all materials and not a small piece of debris was left behind. I cannot say how happy I am with the outcome of my new roof! If there is a "Best Business" award or a regional award, I want to nominate them. For real, if any of the workers and evaluations at the BBB need a roof done, try not to give these dudes 5 stars.I always thought that the re-roofing process would be full of hidden fees, "cost of labor" reevaluation, scope of work renegotiatiation when they found something "concerning", and constant schedule changes.Not a single thing wrong, and it all happened ahead of schedule with a 30 year warranty.I never write reviews, but these guys get... read more
