They were very professional from the 'pitch' to the follow up. Very thorough and personable. The roof looks great. I've had several comments from neighbors and passers by. All were impressed by the speed with which it was completed, including clean up..I highly recommend Erie Construction.
The Good: I went with the fiberglass option and the new roof looks great. In the 4 weeks since it was installed we have had strong winds, 80+ mph gusts, heavy rain, freezing temperatures and there have been no issues.The not so ************** that did the installation left a trail of trash from their lunch along the driveway. They also missed the dumpster with at least 3 spools of nails that I have found so far in the front yard.Three days after the install someone came to pick up the dumpster from the front yard. Great job. I give them a 5 star rating. Original guy that sold ** the roof was very informative. I learned a lot about materials used and how they would do it. The crew that came out was very efficient. They did not sit around and chat. They worked solid. There was a gal on the ground constantly cleaning up. She was also very patient with my 4 1/2 yr granddaughter and pulled her from ***** way once and talked with her. The roof looks great. After they removed the molded wood my sinuses have been better.
They were very good about getting ******* on as soon as possible, they did a great job, and ******* looks awesome. My only issue is, they were supposed to do a full cleanup after installation, however, they left nails all around my property, this was a big concern for me as we have chickens, and they will eat anything, I made this fact clear before signing, and was assured there would be a thorough cleanup, only after I called and complained about the nails did ****, the installation manager, come out and use ********* to wa... read more
They showed up early started quickly. They cleaned up and showed me the work and discussed any questions. They were gone before I knew it. Yard clean plants untouched . Very pleased.
**** roof was very good keeping us informed of all things that are going on they came. They did a good job they took the old roof off. Had two dumpsters picked ************** up and it looked good after that. The roof is outstanding has big value to the house And were looking forward to to get it appraised to see how much more its gonna be paid at I recommend roofing or anyone who needs a roof
