Quality of the work and product is top notch. There was some issues with miscommunication or logistics and the workers showed up the first day with no supplies to work with. We had agreed to be flexible with scheduling, but we assumed that they would actually start when they said they would when they gave us a start day. Definitely glad we went with Erie, but wish there had been better communication about expectations

I recommend shopping your other options first so you have context when they hit you with their price. That said, I believe the product is worth the cost. The bid process was thorough and gave a clear understanding as to why we shouldn’t wait to replace our roof. Then scheduling communication was good and the installation crew was professional, hard working, and did a good job. Site clean up wasn’t daily but they did a good job at the end. Very professional from sales to installment to post work questions. My work was done in December with short hours of light and cold temps so I was concerned when workers carried through the dark hours to complete work. Six months later quality of work and product are holding up well.
