Eire Home Installation Team showed up on-time and were very friendly. They worked diligently throughout the day and fixed any damage found. When faced with the fact of running out of materials, they attempted to find replenishment. Since some materials could not be delivered until the following Monday, they covered up the unfinished areas to protect against the elements. They came back and finished the job as promised. Great quality installation safely completed!
Very pleased with the professional ism of all the people I came in contact with. It was an extreme difference with other contractors I have had to asked to leave or promised I would never use again. Erie Homes has put out a good product and have control of how to ensure customer is content with them and their installers. Wonderful to deal with them in this day in time
Some ladies were passing by passing out flyers for basement repair. I had recently purchased the home and had already took out a loan to get the basement fixed by a different company. My roommate said Hey if you do roofs we're interested. Next thing you know someone's calling me from Erie, asking when they can come over and do a roof inspection! Erie did an amazing job installing our new roof. The cleanup afterwards couldn’t have been better. The roof looks great and is already saving us money on a/c bills and house insurance premium.
Erie came out with a fair quote and did not add on if/when additional changes were needed on their side. The crew was professional, warranty is solid, and very happy with the final product appearance.
Very easy to work with. Everything from start to finish went smoothly. We are happy with our new roof.
