Our experience with Erie has been entirely positive. We had them install a new metal roof on our home. The initial appointment with their sales team was handled so professionally. The installation team clearly knew exactly what they needed to do and took the time to get it done right the first time. We have had many good comments on our roof. I have no hesitation recommending Erie to anyone seeking a “one & done” metal roof.
Team was on time. I didn't have to wait forever to get job done. Only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review is I had difficulties communicating with the installation team as they did not speak English.
Love my new metal roof. Disappointed that I did not get the new gutter guards installed as promised! No one from Erie Home has contacted me as of this review and it’s been over 2 weeks since the roof was installed and pointed out to the installer that that was missing. Miguel and his installation crew were fantastic!!!! Clean up after the job was done in 1 day, (tear off included) was superb!
Oh what a difference they made in our basement. Only been a couple of days since they finished so we are waiting for new concrete to completely dry. Still a little musty smell but I’m sure that will go away once everything is dry. Great system and the guys were very polite and hard workers. Definitely recommend!!!
Very efficient operation. Great cleanup with wonderful follow up. Highly recommend the company.
They came very fast they work very hard and fast they came on a Saturday and was through on a Monday they tore off 3 to 4 layers of shingles replaced plywood decking and installed new shingles I think they did a very good job
The Erie crew from sales to the workers were great!!! The clean up was A+++.
