Erie was a pleasure to work with, from the salesmen, yes 2. Chris came out originally and not realizing the consultation was going to be as long as it was we asked to reschedule as we had another engagement to attend. We were really interested in their company as our neighborhood had been hit with mutiple other roofing companies after a recent storm . Not Erie. Our new roof is awesome! The salesmen were thorough in their explanation of the roofing products and the scope of the job. The work crew was timely in arriving and once everyone was on the same page as to what was to be done, the work was seamless. The roof was completed quickly and the cleanup was thorough. Any questions were answered quickly with a phone call. We are very pleased with the entire experience. Thank you Erie!

The staff I worked with were exceptional. They had my best interest in mind and always answered questions promptly. The roof looks great, very professional work. I am particularly impressed the staff followed up after the work was done to make sure everything was to my expectations.

The installers were timely and worked quickly. They were good about cleaning up after each day's work. The roof replacement was done in a workman like manner and seems to be of high quality. The materials used also seem to be of high quality. I would recommend Erie Roofing.

If you're looking for the highest quality and professionalism look no further. Doug ward was the representative for my project. He left no stone unturned. Explained the entire system in and out. He helped weigh the pros and cons for my specific situation and worked me through it. These guys genuinely have YOUR best interest at heart. As for the installation? From the Salesperson who was very knowledgeable and personal to the Installers you could tell they knew what they were doing and they did a good cleanup. New roof in one day is great!!

The job from quote to completing was pretty smooth and professional. The roof was done i. One day and the crew did a really good job cleaning up including going over the driveway with a number of magnetic tools to pickup the nails.
