**** replaced our roof with their fiberglass shingles last week in about six hours. They were fast, efficient, but a bit noisy at times. Very nice crew. Roof looks good, but I reserve judgement until it is tested by rain. Communication was spotty at times, better now. They seemed thorough with cleanup, but my wife just found six nails on driveway, a big no-no. That and cost issues allow only four-star rating.

Overall we are satisfied with the job that was done. The sales team was very professional and friendly. We were able to keep in touch with them throughout the process. The inspection and sales pitch took almost 3 hours, which is just too long. We didnt appreciate having to negotiate on price so much and there is a bit of regret that we didnt shop around more for a lower price with probably the same quality of work. Can't really confirm the product yet as it has been less than a week so it has not proven itself yet. As for the contracted installation crew, communication could improve. Clean up post install was lacking including tear off and shingle wrappers laying on a adjacent roof.. An existong extension downspout diverter was split in two. I was assured it was being replaced but the damaged one was spliced together instead. Nice job the only issue I had wasn't with the roofers it was with the gentleman who dropped off the shingles blocked my garage door.
