I can only describe my experience by plus and minus. + quality of product, + roof removed and installed timely matter. + management respond questions and issue properly. + outside clean. - way louder than average! - BIG HOLE in bedroom ceiling, If we did not notice it, we believe the crew weren't going to say anything. No one came to the door to make sure everything was OK. My daughter was in our bed lucky,she was laying down on left side not right or she would of been hit with dry wall. A very professional operation. The installation crew were very careful and considerate, and did a very workmanlike job. Very good clean-up effort as well. Good communication from the office, and in all we are very pleased with the job done.

The consultation with Don & Eli went well. They really took time to explain the materials/process in great detail and answered any and all questions we had. Don even took a look in the crawl space to evaluate any potential problems, but found none thankfully, Ken, the Install Manger was very accommodating as we only had @ 2 day dry window for a complete tear off and install. The install crew worked like an Army platoon. Very organized, no time wasted. They had the roofs off in @ 1/2 day and the new roof on by day 2. The on s... read more

During the quote process everything was explained in great detail. The salesmen were very nice and made sure I understood the whole process. They made every effort to make my new roof affordable within my budget. The installation crew did an awesome job, they showed up when they said and explained the process as they were working, making sure I had no concerns and understood everything. The consultation was good and explained the roofing system choices best for our home after an inspection of our current roof. Roofing team showed up on time and completed the job in one day. They patiently answered my questions and explained the repairs they did to my roof. We had a flat section above our porch that needed to be replaced totally. They added a pitch to this area so it now drains well. Very satisfied with our new roof .
