I loved the entire experience. I normally hate dealing with sales people and making large purchases like this, but they made it very enjoyable. Salesman was very patient and answered all my questions, never made me feel rushed. Was impressed that he had samples of all materials and explained each in detail. Everything happened in the order that we expected and as explained. Roof looks great!

The representative that came to give me a quote was very knowledgeable, and the only one of three companies that actually went in my attic to inspect my roof from underneath. Very professional, every step of the way they were updating me. When it came to actually replacing my roof, they were very quick and professional. They did a great job at cleaning up as well. Tyler the sales representative was very knowledgeable about the products to be used the men who put on my roof stayed on the job only to break for lunch and cleaned up before leaving a representative came out later on to walk around the house to inspect the roof with me and to ask if I had any questions I think the job was done with my concerns as a customer and explained before and after I would rate them very highly good ??job

Erie did a fantastic job with my windows! The rep I spoke with was very thorough and helped me choose the best windows for my house. The installers were great, professional and friendly, and had most of the 10 windows I ordered in on the first day. They explained everything about the new windows and cleaned up thoroughly. I will absolutely come back to have my basement windows done too.

Erie Construction did a great job replacing my roof. The salesperson was knowledgable and explained clearly the roofing materials. I was not rushed or pressured to make a decision. The workers showed up promptly working nonstop to complete the roof. They were able to finish in one day and they cleaned up all of the debris in my yard. They were very nice and polite. They did a great job!
