My only concern was communication about the date my work would start. I was given a 3-day range but that didnt happen. When I called I was told they would call back at the end of the day and that didnt happen. Finally a week later the workers came.Otherwise the work was done well and I was satisfied with the cleanup. I was very pleased with the materials used and the guarantees. I would recommend your company to others.

Great job. Some communication between Erie and the contractors was not the best. The gutters and roof look great and communication with ** was amazing.

**** started my roof replacement on August 28th and was done in 4 days. The crew was skilled and worked long days to make good progress and cleaned up the work site each day. The roof looks great. The on site crew chief was efficient and facilitated conversations with the project manager to answer all questions I had. The product and the company installers are both high quality.
