The representative that came to give me a quote was very knowledgeable, and the only one of three companies that actually went in my attic to inspect my roof from underneath. Very professional, every step of the way they were updating me. When it came to actually replacing my roof, they were very quick and professional. They did a great job at cleaning up as well. The roof appears to be of quality material and the installers seemed to do a good job. The salesman was knowledgeable and inspected the old roof with me explaining why it needed to be replaced. The installation supervisor was helpful when I contacted him. On the down side, the office staff ran my check through before I had the funds to cover it (after they agreed not to) and as of this time I have been unable to get a paper copy of the contract (email only).

We needed a new roof! After researching the costs and the best materials, I went searching for a local roofer. We live in a rural are and there were very limited roofers. There were of course Lowes in the next state and Hone Depot sixty miles away. After seeing Erie on Facebook, we reached out to them. Erie reached out to us immediately. We were very pleased with the roof inspection, the patience of our salesman (Scott), the efficient workers who installed our new roof, the friendliness of the office staff, the terrific job of cleanup and the fact that they followed up with a call from Alan. We would highly recommend Erie Construction in the future!!

Erie did a fantastic job with my windows! The rep I spoke with was very thorough and helped me choose the best windows for my house. The installers were great, professional and friendly, and had most of the 10 windows I ordered in on the first day. They explained everything about the new windows and cleaned up thoroughly. I will absolutely come back to have my basement windows done too.

Tyler the sales representative was very knowledgeable about the products to be used the men who put on my roof stayed on the job only to break for lunch and cleaned up before leaving a representative came out later on to walk around the house to inspect the roof with me and to ask if I had any questions I think the job was done with my concerns as a customer and explained before and after I would rate them very highly good ??job
