We needed a new roof! After researching the costs and the best materials, I went searching for a local roofer. We live in a rural are and there were very limited roofers. There were of course Lowes in the next state and Hone Depot sixty miles away. After seeing Erie on Facebook, we reached out to them. Erie reached out to us immediately. The staff was very nice and thorough in their explanations. The roofers were also very nice, very professional, and did the work in a very timely manner. Our home has never looked better!

Overall Rating: 4/5. Excellent materials used, some areas that could be improved Sales Process 3/5 Seems a bit like buying a used car - unclear what the price really is, calls to management, pressure to sign a deal right away. Staff we talked to were knowledgeable, friendly and likable. We got a good overview of the materials to be used and the install process. I just don’t like the way they are trained to operate. We had 2 representatives come to our home and they were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained the process in detail and even had some pieces to show the product. We felt very confident after their explanation and move forward with the new roof. The day of the installation the workers showed up at our home early in the morning. The project was completed beautifully and the project manager kept in touch during the project l. The roof looks amazing and we are very happy with the product.

My experience with Erie was amazing. Their inspection was thorough and they found stuff that two other "roof" inspectors hadn't found. They wanted to assure that I had peace of mind with the product I chose to have installed and their installation team was stellar and cleaned up their mess which was difficult because of some unexpected wind.

There work was the best I have ever seen. On time wasted no time starting the job. Laid tarps down. Roof off and back on in one day. Roof looks great. The guys where great very friendly and professional. Cleaned up everything. Would definitely do business with Erie again in the future.

Erie Construction was punctual, polite, cleaned up after themselves well and did our whole roofing job in less than one day. It looks beautiful and we are excited about our warranty because we should not have to put another roof on this house as long as we live there! Thank you Erie Construction.
