I had my roof repaired in the past by another company, the work was subpar to say the least. With Erie, I feel the product used for my new roof was far superior than regular shingles. The added value is the roof will last far into my old age. My parents had their roof replaced a year ago. The process took months to arrange and 2 weeks to complete. On Wednesday, May 24, 2023, Erie Home roofers arrived and began the job of replacing the roof on our home. They worked diligently, professionally, and efficiently upon arriving early in the morning and working the entire day and longer. The team did a great job of completing the project in a timely manner. The roof looks great. They even cut new holes for 4 new sun tunnels and ensured that they were sealed properly. They also removed a chimney for us and replaced decking where it was and you can no longer tell where it was located. The team also done an excellent job of clean up when finished. So far I have not found even one nail in the yard.
The best working and knowledgeable group of guys I have meet in a long time. They did a great job on the roof which looks fabulous. Thank you.

Everyone we came in contact with during our roof installation were very professional. We were told our shingles would be delivered by Friday and the roof would be installed on Saturday. I contacted Erie Homes when they weren't delivered. They made a phone call and quickly returned the call stating there was a mixup at the warehouse and the shingles would be delivered on Monday.
