Following a free roof inspection offered by Erie, I'd intended not to pursue any immediate repairs, but found some were needed regarding the chimney flashing and surrounding roof area. The sales rep, John, seemed very straightforward and honest about what work was needed/advised and proposed their Roof Preservation Package as my roof was still in generally good condition. Can’t say enough good things about Erie Homes. They did an excellent job from the first meeting to the work being done. My new roof looks great! The team that applied the new roof was wonderful. They are really hard workers. They did an excellent job cleaning up too. I highly recommend Erie Hones.

We really like the new fiberglass shingle roof. We like the colors and the fresh look. Erie team of installers finished in one day. But big dumpster did leave a couple of dent marks on the asphalt driveway due to heavy load from old roof taken out. Clean up was satisfactory.
