Hardworking professional craftsmanship defines their product. Speaking as homeowner who has re-roofed twice on hundred plus house, the craftsmanship is outstanding. Since the quality is there in the product, the price is forgotten. The cleanup was very good. They even sent company representatives to check the work after it was completed.
Good experience all the way around. I knew I could go cheaper but that's not going to get me the quality I want and should have. Everything from the sale to the completion went smooth. Materials arrived on time, workers were here as scheduled, job completed and clean-up done on time. The follow-up from Erie was prompt and the one item I had a question about was taken care of. They did an amazing job on our roof! When they came to do the inspection I was just expecting a sales pitch but they actually care about their customers. Very clearly explained the state of our roof with the photos taken that day to show what was being talked about. So glad we went with Erie. Professional and friendly and the install only took a half a day!
They sales team really inspected roof got in my hot attic took pictures. My roof had a lot of issues that needed fixing. I'm glad I went with guys that only use top notch materials. Oversized flashing for chimney rubber boots for vent pipes. Installed roof gable vents across roof to keep attic cooler. Nice thick 45 year shingles. They even threw in gutter guards. I am very impressed with the Erie construction management team. Two telephone interviews were accomplished prior to the work being done, to verify the material and any concerns I had. The work accomplished was thorough and professional. The project manager was there to oversee the work and address any concerns I had at that time.
