Job was done in a timely manner. Sales professionals were personable and took time to explain the product and the process. The clean up could have been better which was promised and communication could have been a little more clear. Pricing was a little on the higher side but the quality of the product that was promised is the reason why I'm assuming.
My experience was great - Erie was very efficient, on time, responsive - Tear off of existing roof and installation of new, including all clean up, was completed in one day - which I think was amazing - Would highly recommend them for their services
The crew works quickly and efficiently. Even after finding unexpected problems with the underlayment, the crew made all the necessary repairs to make the roof solid and sound before continuing on with the roof installation. They even ended up working around an early snow storm, yet finished the job quickly and professionally. And despite the snow, they managed to leave the worksite clean and safe. I was quite impressed with the quality and speed of the work performed.
Great to work with. Willing to do what needed to be done.
Would recommend erie to everyone who needs a roof,they go above and beyond the call of duty.

I was pleasantly surprised when only two workers completed my roof in ONE DAY! And that includes a great clean up job. The roof is phenomenal. Just beautiful. Give Erie a call, you'll be glad you did!
Clean up job was great and they were very efficient.
Very professional, the 5 man crew started before 8 and finished the last shingle at 430, they layse that underlayment layer and installed the fiberglass shingles, and cleaned up like the pros they are
