The people we had contact with were very professional and they knew what they were talking about. They explained everything and the benefit of getting a new roof at this time. When the day came for installation, they were very prompt and hard working. They completed the job in one day. Great job. The clean up was very good also.

The whole process was easy. The crew spent the whole day putting on the new roof in an organized fashion and keeping my yard clean. All together it was more expensive but I figure you get what you pay for. A professional team that knows what they are doing and a great product.
Was very impressed with the work and how fast it was completed. When they finished everything was cleaned up and put in a pile to be picked up.
I am 100% satisfied with Erie, and my new roof. The process was very painless, and everybody I dealt with was very professional and happily answered all my questions and I felt they were all knowledgeable in their areas of work. The installation process was completed in 2 days and they cleaned up after themselves. I would happily recommend Erie to anybody who would ask.

Erie installed our roof a few weeks ago. We've been happy with the product, price, and professionalism, but disappointed with communication regarding the install, and they didn't properly seal the flashing or clean the property during the install. Everyone we've interacted with at the company has been very polite, professional, and respectful.
