Overall it was a good experience. Was given some misleading information at first but was worked out. They showed up on time and cleaned up well before leaving.

We so far live our roof it makes our little house look like a cottage. Best part my husband and I never have to get up on our roof again. The guys came early did a good job of cleaning up but we still found a few nails. (I think I got them all with my construction site magnet so all good there. Was very satisfied with the customer service and the work done on our roof. It looks great. The workers were very professional. They cleaned up anything that fell in the yard like the little nails with caps on and picked up all the plastic that surrounded the shingles because it was a windy day. Thank you Erie for a great experience!

Very satisfied in the customer service and the work done. Was done early and in One day , along with clean-up. The service department did a follow up after the job and explained the warranty and a gift card to have my dish for inter-net put on a pole. The fiberglass shingles look great and the best thing of all is the roof does not leak in my kitchen any more.

Cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with my new roof!!! Dealing with Erie was a pleasure. Any questions I had got answered right away. Thank you Shawn!! The men doing our roof did an exceptional job and surprisingly finished in 1 day. Thank you Alex for coming out to make sure I was satisfied with the job. Just moved to Brick a year ago and have had alot of work done, and I have to say this was the smoothest project done on my home. 5 stars!!
