Excellent customer service so far. I had called several roofing companies and Erie was the only one that actually went on the roof and took pictures. I know they were MY pictures because I saw the barn and my yard in them. VERY pricey, but I think I got value for the money.
Despite some scheduling delays, and also a few minor damage and clean up issues which both were resolved in a timely manner, the overall finished job was beautiful. We love our new roof!
They went out of their way to help us get the loan so we could get the roof my husband really wanted. He has always wanted a metal roof it took awhile to come in but then it was up in almost tweeny four hours. They were professional an cleaned up afterwards. I wouldn't change anything they were great. They even did a follow up call.
The team was very friendly and efficient. The job was completed quickly and looks very nice. The whole job from set up to clean up was done properly and professionally.
Prompt, courtesy crew. Sales and office staff a pleasure to work with. Showed up and completed the job on schedule.
All in all doing business with Erie was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The guys who came to my house to do my estimate and show me different product samples were both friendly and professional. The installers were punctual and cleaned up after themselves. The roof looks great. I wouldn't have minded the price being a bit lower but I'm confident that I will get my money's worth out of it so in the end it all balances out well
Excellent job from start to finish. They kept us in the loop for the entire process. They treated my home and property like it was their own home. Everything was cleaned up and all trash was removed from property. They even called next day to follow up to make sure we were happy with the job. Great work roof looks fabulous!! Everyone was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Work crew came in got job done quick and did a excellent job of cleaning up. Would highly recommend Erie to anyone.
I recently had my roof repaired and replaced with Erie. I am very pleased with the finished result! The new roof looks great! The crew also did a great job cleaning up as well. Initially I intended to get a metal roof, but it was more economical for me to go with their special hybrid shingles. They started with a consultation, in which I was able to have the roof assessed, and see what options were available.
