It was supposed to be a two days job started on Wednesday to beat the rain on Friday. Unfortunately, the work was only halfway done and the other half of roof with underlayment on were therefore covered up to protect it from the rain. There was a whole day rain on Friday and windy. Water leaks were found in two places in the attic. Buckets were used to hold the leak. I notified the foreman and the installer with pictures. They said they would fix it on Saturday. Very responsive, good clean up, even though there was an issue they were quick to respond, inspect, and correct the problem. Will absolutely use again when the time comes and I need other roofing needs to be done.

Very informative and helpful. Went a step beyond in dealing with HOA getting approval. Install went smoothly. Service Manager was great in helping with some final glitches. Overall, great company ethics.
Sales representatives were excellent and the final product was excellent. However the wrong materials were delivered at first which we caught and we couldn't communicate with the workers as they spoke Spanish. Good clean up at the end but could have been more careful and protected things better. Expensive but excellent finished product.
Our experience with Erie was quite positive beginning with the Sales Representative, Jordan, who explained our roofing options. The roofing crew was very efficient, capable, and polite. The job was done in one day as promised. ******and **** *********
