We contacted Erie to explore the options for getting a new roof installed. They came out quickly and answered our questions. While their quote was higher than others, they offered a payment plan as well as a decent warranty that made the added cost worth it. I will say their underlayment was the seller for us. I have a lot of knowledge in roofing products and being able to see the material, I knew it was a better product than most underlayments. Roofs on 2 buildings were done perfect and to all my expectations and beyond when work was done everything was cleaned up not even a sign of a mess and roofs looked great products used were quality as they showed me before they did the work would recommend this company for roof work.

After I agreed to have Erie do my roof, the only glitch was that I was going on vacation for 10 days. When I returned, the roof was scheduled and completed within the next week. They arrived on time (7:00 is real early for me). They had only 2 problems. It was hot, so they had to have a 2 hour break in the afternoon. The material was not going to be delivered on time, so the foreman had to go to the warehouse and pick up the shingles himself. The work was done in one day, although they finished at 9:00 PM.
