Erie Home was an excellent company to work with from sales through the finished work. We worked together to find exactly what appealed to me, & was affordable. I wanted something that would last longer than the 10 years I had experienced. I got the Atlantic Blue fiberglass shingles which would protect my house for ***** years for the same price as an asphalt shingle that would last 10 years. I looked at numerous prices and they were not the cheapest they did have good reviews. From purchase to installation was one week. The crew did a great job and the area was clean and put back how it was. I would recommend Erie for any roofing needs.
They did a fantastic job on my basement. They explained everything they were doing and made sure i was aware of everything going on during installation. Communication between onsite teams and office team is incredibly quick and effective. The only thing I had to do was add a extention for my subpump pipe. Cleaning up was ok, but decent amount of concrete/dirt was still visable around my stairwell.
Roof was done in 2 days. Later a wind storm ripped off the flashing on one side. Erie contractor made immediate repairs the very same day I had alerted them to the issue. They used better masonry nails to secure the flashing and carefully searched for and retrieved any nails lying on the driveway. All was done in a few hours and at no additional cost.
CAME BEFORE PLANNED, QUICK WAS DONE IN ONE DAY, AND CLEANED UP.ALL QUESTIONS ANSWERED QUICKLY.THE PRICE IS VERY HIGH BUT THE WARRANTY IS LONGER THAN ANY OTHER ONE I HAVE FOUND.A MEMBRANE WAS PLACED ON THE **** OF THE ROOF INSTEAD OF THE OLD TAR PAPER TO LET NO WATER PASS.TRYING TO GET A ROOF TO OUTLAST ME, HOPEFULLY THIS IS IT.GOOD JOB
They were in and out in a day, a long day, but they worked hard. The follow up phone calls to make sure you were satisfied were good to hear, makes you feel like you are not just a number. Now let it rain and keep my house dry for the next 30 years, Great job.
