I had Erie home out to look at my wet basement. They explained the system for the sub pump that would take care of the problem. It was a 3 day process to get it done. Very happy with the sub pump. The workers were very professional and explained everything . The only down fall was they didn't have a electrician to put in a new wall outlet.

We are very happy with the new roof. The salesman **** and **** were very knowledgeable and professional. The installation was great, the team was great, very responsive to questions; brought things to my attention. I felt really bad that the insulation crew had to shovel the snow off of the roof before they could start work. There was a lot more Plywood damage that was found than first thought of. Salesman were good however the product sold itself. Installation crew was top notch,on time, fast workers and very thorough in cleaning up after completion of the job.

They touted themselves as the best. They disappointed. The roof crew cut corners, indicriminatly cut a vent, and left me without hot water for a week. I would not use them again.
